A  graduate of Western University's M.P.T. program, Erica has completed several post graduate courses in orthopedic and pelvic health physiotherapy. She strives to create a safe space for anyone struggling with pain, injury and pelvic health related issues.

After giving birth to twins, Erica’s focus turned to pelvic health with a focus on incontinence in men and women, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse, persistent pain and pre/postnatal pelvic treatment, in addition to all orthopedic injuries.

With advanced training in complex gynecologic and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (MIGS), Dr Norris is uniquely specialized in pelvic health disorders including endometriosis, fibroids, adenomyosis and more.

​

(MIGS) refers to surgical procedures that are performed using small incisions and specialized instruments. This approach can improve outcomes and reduce recovery time especially when accompanied with  education,  counseling and/or pelvic floor physiotherapy.

​

When not in the clinic, on the labour floor or in the operating room, Dr Norris enjoys cooking, baking,  travelling and spending time with her family,

Kaitlyn received her BSc. in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in 2011 and MSc. in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto in 2013.
 

Her early career focused on orthopedics and thus obtained advanced training in orthopedics via the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

Kaitlyn has a passion for pelvic health and thus furthered her training in order to treat incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and other pelvic health conditions. She also enjoys treating the pre-/post-natal population.
 

Kaitlyn enjoys fitness, reading, baking, board games, and spending time with her family.

Rupinder is a Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), nurse, and prenatal educator with a passion for helping mothers and their babies.

Her gentle approach helps mothers gain the confidence to breastfeed comfortably and enjoyably.
 

Through her own breastfeeding challenges, including lip and tongue tie, Rupinder saw first-hand how important knowledge and support can be.

Breastfeeding can be tricky and Rupinder will give you the skills and confidence to OWN it.
